Welcome to the Bulldog Family!

The Office of Admissions and Records, located in the Gooch One Stop Student Center, is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. The office assists students with the admissions application, collection of admission documents, official and unofficial transcripts, enrollment verification, degree audits, student data changes, drops and withdrawals from classes, and graduation applications.We assist faculty by distributing official class roster information, assisting with instructor drops and readmits.​Some of our key duties include maintaining all student records pertaining to admission, the collection of final grades and processing of grades at the end of each term, certification of graduates, and the distribution and collection of official class rosters.

Submit Official Transcripts

Send your official transcript(s) to the following address:

Official transcripts brought in person MUST BE SEALED in the original envelope from the sending school or it will be considered UNOFFICIAL

A sealed official final high school and/or college transcript(s) should be sent to the Office of Admissions and Records by mail or electronically by an approved electronic exchange platform.

Transfer Students: will need to supply only their official college transcript as the official high school transcript is not required unless another department has requested for an official transcript. ​

Submit Assessment Scores

Students must take a state-approved placement test and submit test scores at the time of registration. Students otherwise qualified will not be refused admissions on the basis of their scores. These results are used in advising and placing students in proper sections of certain course areas.

Test are given at each campus Testing Center by appointment. A photo ID is required and student must complete the Pre-Assessment Activity (PAA) prior to taking the TSI Assessment for the first time. Visit the Testing Center website for details- Click here

Submit Bacterial Meningitis

All first-time students attending Navarro College, including transfer students as well as students who are not continuously enrolled in fall or spring semesters since Fall 2011, will be required to show evidence of vaccination against bacterial meningitis. Evidence of the student having received the vaccination from an appropriate health practitioner within the past five (5) years.

The shot record MUST be received in the Navarro College Office of Admissions and Records at least ten (10) days prior to the student’s first day of class to avoid being dropped from courses.
