The Office of Admissions and the Registrar's Office, formerly known as the Office of Admissions & Registrar's Office, play pivotal roles within Navarro College. Housed within the Office of Admissions are essential units such as Student Recruitment and International Admissions. These offices serve as the primary resources for the comprehensive management of admissions and records for the Navarro College community.

Responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, including but not limited to processing academic admissions applications, collecting admission documents, managing official and unofficial transcripts, facilitating enrollment verification, conducting degree audits, handling student data changes, managing drops and withdrawals from classes, and overseeing graduation applications.

The Registrar's Office collaborates with faculty members by providing official class roster information and assisting with instructor drops and readmits. Key duties within the Registrar's Office involve the meticulous maintenance of all student records related to admission, the collection and processing of final grades at the conclusion of each term, certification of graduates, and the distribution and collection of official class rosters.

Together, these offices form the backbone of admissions and records management at Navarro College, ensuring the seamless functioning of essential academic processes and supporting both students and faculty members in their respective roles
