The Learning Commons at Navarro College provides a comprehensive approach to student learning. The Learning Commons provides instruction from both Navarro professors, peer mentors, and the Learning Commons staff. This range of available academic help allows the student to stay on track with the professor’s schedule, while at the same time providing instruction in a safe, confidential environment.

Student Complaint/Student Grievance Form
Upon receiving a complaint/grievance, Navarro College will facilitate an investigation if the matter being disputed falls within its jurisdiction. If preliminary findings indicate a violation by the institution, Navarro College shall attempt to resolve the complaint. All identified parties will be notified of the outcome of the investigation within the capacity to provide this information; some legal exceptions are applicable (e.g., confidential employee information, student privacy--FERPA).
